Saw this on a overseas site. Has anybody used aluminium, and straps to build a flower box in their filter?

Hi Adi

It wnt work for the larger type plants unless you make extra supprts. only smaller stuff like water lillies and maybe some irrisis.

My whole setup collapsed with the elephant ears fortunately they are still in water.

never thought of that thanx, would need proper support underneath....was just thinking would look much nicer then my current very boring wodden filter covers to have some plants there
