Exactly two years ago I bought a farm to do some koi fish farming. After I moved in and started to develop, the seller changed her mind and breached the contract blatantly and left me with a cash flow problem.
I immediately bough another farm(Nishiki koi farm) and claimed damages amounting to a few hundred thousand.
Judgement was only delivered yesterday (after two years), and she has to pay my damages and all legal fees. I am over the moon, there are justice after all.
Hopefully I will get the money before the Tosai season in Japan, Feb 2011. Can't wait for a huge import.
