These fish are fairly rare and therefore I found that they are quite expensive.

However, I do not like them and have never imported them. These were offered to me today which I will not buy. What variety?

hmmm they rare and expensive, id have to go with e Midori-goi Question hard to tell from the pic the real color but think you get them in greenish yellow and yellow.

Yes, it is the Doitsu Midorigoi, the one being the mirror type and the one being the leather type.

Midorigoi is the only fish that has the colour green.

They are created by spawning a Yamabuki Ogon with a Shusui.
Interesting that if you cross the Midorigoi with a shusui, you sometimes get a purple koi with Hi markings, called an Enyu.
