We often see orange colour kujaku, but very rare we can see birght red kujaku.

Do anyone know what the genetic different between the two?
If one want to breed bright red kujaku, what parent fish should we use?

Don't really know the answer. In my experience, you often get a wide variety of colour in the same batch, ranging from orange to red.

Herewith a photo of my doitsu kujaku's, where you will see the difference in colours. Some are very red although they do not appear on this photo. By the way, they are for sale @ R 500.00 each, bred by Chogoro.
