What do you think of this sanke. She will be 3 years old in June. 74cm. Sakai fish farm. Parent is Shining Rose. This pic was taken just after she arrived in the beginning of Feb. She was a little slim then. She has been on a special diet since I got her and she has bulked up very nicely. The sumi is yet to complete.

Is this a preview of the new grand champion that you are giving us?
Amazing quality. How does she compare to your big kohaku?

She is amazing but not ready to be a GC. She will be ready next year. The kohaku is about 6cm longer but the sanke has much better skin and luster as she is 5 years younger. It will be interesting to see what our judges make of it!
JJ wil show his 3 step kohaku for the first time since she won GC in George a few years ago. She is also looking amazing and if I were a betting man.... I believe that the CPT show will exhibit koi this year like never before.
