Subject: Black spot with surrounding white area on Kuhaku's head Tue Jan 17, 2012 7:03 pm
Hi all
I have noticed in the past week that this kuhaku has developed this spot on its head. I am not sure if this is a disease or a ?natural colour change. I bought this kuhaku from Jaco last year.
Any advice from the guru's??

No disease, it looks like a physical injury. Must have jumped and hurt it's head?

Albie I was re-looking at this post when I noticed that the Chagoi's scales seem to be raised towards the bottom of the fish. I am not sure if this is just the photo, however I would take a closer look.
