Hi. Just registered today. I,m new at the hobby-only started October 2010. Please rate this 30cm kohaku for me. Worth to keep? I am still in my babyshoes with my collection, but eager to learn. Thank you for the opportunity to communicate with other koi-enthusiasts.Quality of Kohaku 20072011064-003

Tim. Thank you for your reply,I appreciate. Yes,we still have a long way to go in obtaining knowledge and experience. I try to read as much as possible, and it's helpfull if you have a trustworthy koifriend you can call when needed. Can't wait for summer-had enough of -5 degrees. Stay well.

Hi Phillip

Welcome to the forum.

I think you have a very nice Kohaku there. Very appealing and interesting pattern and your shiroji (white background) looks very good and the hi appears to be stable.

A bit finished, meaning that the colors are already very bright and not a lot of development to come and lack of Shasi, which indicates, together with the body shape that it is a male. From a show point of view, that is not good, but still very attractive.

Size and breeder?

Groete Philip
