This is unfortunately not a good one. It is a Hi-Utsuri but it is what we call "Dirty" or "Messy" and they dont get better unfortunately.

From the foto one cannot say if it is male or female, sorry.

Have to agree not a good one, more importantly should this Koi be healthy and give you as owner enjoyment in the pond that is what its all about.

is it a good idea to put the koi in with other good koi?or will the babbies also be like this one?

No the chances of you getting babies that resemble this koi is very slim. It is something very specialised and best left to the breeders of koi, they mix eggs an sperm of different koi to get different results.
It is also rather unlikely that you will easily see babies in your pond as koi eat their own eggs and offspring within hours.

Please post your other koi there are many experts on this forum that will gladly asses them for you.

Under this same heading I have posted some of my better koi, please have a look it takes a few years before one gets here, and I still have a long way to go. But I am enjoying the journey.
