| Gesien Crystal Bio staan op die pak, maar gedink dit kan dalk die verspreider se naam wees. |

I am not sure what it is called, but i think the "Crystal Bio" is just the company's name who makes it. Since this product is very new and it's only available in Japan at the moment, so i think they don't even have an English name yet. But i will try and find out what it called, and if i do found out the proper name i will post it on the forum. SAS |

| Hi, This media look a lot like lava rock. Perhaps a little more porus. You can get pieces of lava rock in golf ball size pieces. They use it in hydrophonics and can be bought in bulk bags. Regards, Chris |

| I find out the followings: 1) Available in Japan since January 2008. 2) Only available in Japan, so if you want it you need to import it yourself. 3) Cost +- R4200-00 per m^3 |

| Hi,
This material looks very similar to Siporax that was on the market a few years ago. Siporax, lava rock and this new filter material look very similar under the microscope. Lolilocks made their own "siporax" in South Africa. Perhaps they should consider making chuncks and not tubes (which were very delicate).
I think it is very expensive as it is not difficult to make.
Regards, Chris |
