what variety is this? i was thinking kikusui, but its not quite metallic. It eats like a pig lol!

Hard to say... It has all 3 colors It is doitsu The black is on the hi...most of it...and it is mingled with it.. Can it be doitsu goromo or goshiki???? If it has sumi on the white...can be some kind of showa...but not sure!

Hi Quinten, yes I still have this koi. It hasnt grown much in the last year, its around 45cm long now and about 4 years old. I cant wait to eventually get my new pond done, its taking me forever, but ill get it done. Most of my koi have been stunted because they have been in a small pond their whole life. When my new pond is done I want to buy some decent quality koi to grow.

This is how far I am at the moment, that's the final height, its 4.8mx2.8mx1.6m deep.
