Help needed

Hi all

I am in need of a 35watt UV sterilizer. I will be happy if it is a used unit I will supply a new globe for it if need be, hoping that someone has one lying around.

I need this for a Junior koi keeper whom I have been helping over the last couple of weeks to try and get rid of algae, Found out between the lines that he does not have a UV on a 6000Lt pond wit 4 fish in it. Because he cannot afford one.

Any body that can help I will appreciate it, don't all shout together now.

I will have a courier collect or if someone wants to pay for it I will collect it from Ultrazap.
Just call me and I will arrange that we get it at cost.

Nice gestures from all.....however would it not be better to get a 15w UV sterilizer rather?....it is cheaper as well as the globes are cheaper for this person in the long run?

15w for 6000lt's is more than enough.

I just bought 15w globes for R90 each....surely the 30w globes are double that price

The price diff is not that great and he currently has a major problem poor guy cannot even see his fish, it is starting to clear up now after treatments. A UV should anyway be much higher than recommended.

If you like you can sponsor him with a Ultrazap Bio filter, he only has a makeshift effort at present.

The UV as donated by Bobby is already on it's way.

Times are tuff at the moment, you know this economic crises we are in.
