Hi Haggers I did not like to see your post on the 3 week plaster curing process, but at the same time you have saved a potential disaster. I spoke to Gene from Cosmodec today and he also recommends three weeks for new plaster. I will be a good boy and wait the required period and try my best not to get irritable.

Last minute pond finishes but no builder on site, electrician was here this morning to install the electrical board in filter bay but since disappeared. Tomorrow being Friday I am sure I won't have the same issues.

Jaco, Ek dink in coctail van Prozak, Nuzak en baie ander zakke is nodig. Wag hier stap die "elektrician" vol smiles weer in, hy is baie gelukkig met homself, so ons probeer maar weer.

Today all the wires were drawn, plugs installed, tomorrow the x 2 waterproof light fittings and board needs to be completed to finalize electrical work. The BD EA airpump's will be on a 2way switch, to allow me to activate them from inside or outside the Filter Bay.

Hi Bobby You're starting to disappoint me with this build...a 2way switch!!! I would at least have expected you to have a remote so that the airpumps could be activated from your study, or any other place of convenience in your home...or cellphone activation if you're on one of your 'booze cruises'.

Morning Jack Remote plugs was the original way to go for this LG before my electrician offered an option to have a 2 way switch next to the pond, to cut the air-pump's without having to go to the back of filter bay. I also considered underwater CCTV to see Koi remotely, but decided even a LG and a supporter of the Weeee Peee prefer the interaction with the Koi, next on the shopping list of gadgets was considering a auto feeder but at the moment the same feeling about Koi interaction apply. This allows me to spend quality time with my Koi and less time cleaning sand-filters. I am going to get a mouthful again from the SF man. I hoped to tile the filter steps and around the grid in filter bay but looking at the time now and this being a Friday I am not holding my breath. I will need some of Jaco's Nuzak. From 14h00 today until 14h00 on Saturday I am hosting a major 10 year birthday bash at my store, the real reason why i could not afford the remote plugs.

Working in new soil late today, will go shopping tomorrow for bigger plants to make the wall look softer, and also to help with contrast between cladding and face brick wall. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
