Saw this a while ago, curiosity got the better of me. I bought him today. "He" is about 30cm long. The pic does no justice to the blue. Head, fins and tail are yellow. I do not really like the shape of his gills, but what a stunner!

He is not an unique koi, he is a "Shusui".

Thanks sas, I thought it was unique as I had not seen one before. The only shusui I've seen have more orange than yellow. I did a bit more googling and found this, a butterfly but very similar. Is it a "good" fish?

It's a Shusui without red, can still develop over time.
