Good luck with all the fry .

The fry are all gone.

I made a bad decision when I left the spawning rope to grow t he koi out in the tank they spawned in.

It started smelling so bad that I made a water change that might have done them in and another bad decision was pairing them too early because another cold front is still on its way and they probably wouldn't have made it.

Lesson learned. Always remove spawning brush, duh, that's why we use them.
The would have been in clean pond water and not gotten so polluted that I had to clean them so early.

Silver Lining: Still much time left to spawning another set.

Sorry to hear about that.

I always prepare a hatching vat 2 months before hand. I spawn in a separate thank and then move the eggs to the hatching vat.
