Hi everyone!..

Can you tell me how many 25kg's bags of salt i need to add to my 4000 gal pond, some of my koi have ulsers and fin rot? Sad

We use based on the severity anything from 1kg per 1000lts to 7kg per 1000lts......the norm is usually around 4kg's per 1000lts

However in your instance if it's ulcers and fin rot then it is bacterial and would require a treatment more along the lines of a baytril or similar.

Will await one of the more knowledgeable persons opinions.
