| Hi I was cleaning a central fountain in my pond of weed and found baby leech like things and baby snails. I have a 7000ltr pond with plenty of plants. I gave the fountain a good dose of salt but am concerned that the pond and fish have been affected. The pond has been in user for 3 years I previously had a lot of duck weed in the pond but it started choking things up. Any advice |

| Admin has to come in here...Dont know much about this leech and snails issue...But my Koi eat all the snails and leave the shells only...that is terrestrial snails that drop in the pond.
How big are those leeches?

| I also had leeches. About 2-8mm long and dark brown reddish things, unfortunatly no pics. This was only in the beginning and at the moment none are to be found. I havent had any problems with them nor the snails, which have also dwindled. I reckon my fish are eating them up  |
