Hmm something very unexpected happened, that I have only figured out now.
Have 4 large fish, 3x koi 1x grass carp in a newly built 38000l pond.
Fish were put in there beginning October. Have got a male Hariwaki,
and two female one both orange.
Now the challenge nevr imagined the fish would spawn, never saw that happen either.
Noticed other day small fish at bottom of pond, tried to establish how they could have gooten there, never imagined small koi. Now today was having a closer look, and noticed a 3-4cm fish most definitly a small koi.

Question: Have got no idea how many actually made it, and what to do now? Any ideas? Would have loved to do this in a controlled environment, but now they are sort of all over, any ideas?

Havn't hear from Adi in a looooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooong time.

Make a basket, floating one...from netting... put it in the pond.....catch and separate the babies, and start feeding them baby food...
Cull if necessary...but best of all post pictures for I want to see them.
