Herewith a few of my own bred koi. Really hope the Tancho will keep it's colour but the red marking appears quite stable.

Caught the fish, took two photos and put them back in a green pond. After looking at the photo, it appears to me that the Sanke has no left pectoral fin?. Hope it is only the photo.

Tried to catch him again but with no success.

Dit lyk netjies! Voorspel jy dat die ginsanke,links onder in foto1,sy hi op die linkersy gaan verloor om dan 'n tancho sanke te word? Ek het self 'n baba shiro utsuri met potensiaal wat 2 klein blertse hi het-wil hom in my gronddam sit en hoop op 'n positiewe verrassing oor 'n jaar! Hoop daai jongetjies van jou ontwikkel na wense-dalk kan ek nog 'n tancho sanke(en 'n tancho showa) invoer van die Kaap af na die Oos Vrystaat toe!

Hi Phillip, dit sal great wees as hy dit doen. Die Hi op die kant is nie so sterk soos die kol nie en begin reeds fade. Wanneer die Tancho kol so klein is soos die Sanke, is die kanse ongelukkig ook redelik groot dat dit sal weggaan. Lets hope.

Ek het 'n paar mooi Tancho's in 'n ander dam gewaar en sal fotos plaas sodra ek hulle gevang kry. Bloedlyn: Sakai Matsunosuke, Ginrin Sanke "pa" en "ma"
