Fin rot into something else

HI

My KOI had fin rot now he has something else not sure what. I have searched the internet but no joy. Hoping somebody on this forum can assist. See attached photo.

Hi and welcome to the forum. It appears that you had terrible fin rot but you have clearly sorted that out.

The spots that you are referring to is carp pox. See more details and photos under genereal deceases/carp pox.

It appears in colder weather and disappear again in summer. Often koi outgrows it and you should not be worried too much. It does not affect the health of the koi.
