Take the M5 towards cape town, then the N1 towards Paarl. Go pass, Century City, Bellville, Cape Gate then look for the Joostenberg vlakte turnoff. You will get to a T. Turn left and then the first right. This is a dirt road. Think it will be the 2nd turn off to the left.

How did Wayne's homebred shiro's do??

Our show is over - and we need to thank the people who helped make this show possible.

The show had 124 fish and the standard was the highest of the past 3 years

Thanks to Speck Pumps and Clinofish for sponsoring product. A Massive thanks to Costa for donating koi food, which we sold to members to generate show revenue. The food is in great demand and I could easily have done twice the amount!!!Cape Town appreciates the generosity.

And here is the Grand Champion from the 2012 Western Cape Baby Koi Show.

Its a real stunner. Its a Maruten Sanke owned by Quinton Jones. I took some closeup photos with my macro lens just to show everyone the quality of this fish. The images are Hi-res so it might take a while to load. You can click on the link above each image if you wish to see the hi-res photo. This koi is just amazing and i am sure it will continue to bring Quinton many more awards in the future.

I will be adding the rest of the winners soon.

I am happy for anyone to make copies of the photos or to link to the photos, as long as they mention the Western Cape Baby koi and put a link back to this topic or to the wcsakks website if they post it elsewhere.
