PostSubject: Culling Kohaku/Sanke   Culling Kohaku/Sanke EmptyThu Dec 02, 2010 2:59 pm

Have just completed another fry pond above ground (10m x 5 m) and have to do serious culling this coming weekend.

Culling Kohaku/Sanke Fry2

Ginrin Kohaku/Sanke spawning.

Culling Kohaku/Sanke Cull1

Culling Kohaku/Sanke Cull2

Have already recuded numbers to approximately 10 000 and left with 70% yellow, 20% half yellow, half black, and 10% almost all black.

Have already culled the most all blacks / white / deformed / Tobies. The idea is to further cull all those more than 30% black. Maybe even 20% but should bear in mind it is ginrin. Any advice will be welcome. There are not a lot of info available on the net.

Wat se jy Jaco?

Paul,

Dankie Jaco, sal so maak.

Strange but true.

Hi Jaco
