| Hi Paul, I also purchased several fish that day and as you well know I have purchased 90% of my fish from you and have not had a single problem. I have also purchased fish on the same day as this person in most cases so I cannot understand where the KHV came from. |

| Thanks Colin. You bought from all the same batches and as far as I can recall, you lost only one fish (Ochiba) from the drain during the past two years. As we know, the KHV thing is just a poor excuse. |

| 100% correct Paul, it is sad that people have to go to such extremes to avoid paying for something they purchased. |

| I've just found this post... It was me that left with that fish. Actually I was under the impression I had bought the Tancho Showa, as my bid, I seem to remember of R1800, was the last one. I was totally unaware of the auctioneers silent bid matching my own. That's why I left the auction with the fish, I was more than happy to continue bidding for it. When Rezanne phoned me to tell me about the confusion I met Chris in the carpark of some shopping center to give it to him, not realizing until I actually met him it was the auctioneer, what a surprise!
Needless to say the Kohaku I did manage to get away with does not have KHV. |

| Admin, May I have your permission to post the story of the judgement in the English court? It will support my insistence that dealers are responsible for selling healthy fish to clients. Please tell Us how the case is going! |

Hi Pires, I have won again and then I attached his furniture. Must say, would not have minded having his stunning leather lounge suite that was also attached. After the Sheriff of the court loaded the stuff on their truck, his attorneys begged me to allow him to pay the debt plus legal fees(much more than the initial debt) in installments. I made a huge mistake accepting and trusting again, then all the furniture was carried back. Shortly thereafter I was informed by his attorneys that he is sequestrated and I could not enforce the judgement. He then sold all his fishand equipment (including all my fish that he never paid for), worth may thousands, probably to ensure that the liquidators doesnt lay their hands on it. I believe that he and his attorneys knew at the time of removal of the furniture that they are in the process of sequestration, and therefore purely played for a bit of time and conned me again. Elke hond kry sy dag. It appears that his business (Bsure Investments) has also subsequently been liquidated after an investment scandal. Extracts from Carte Blanche, M Net: Date: 30 October 2011 07:00 Producer: Kate Barry Presenter: Devi Sankaree Govender Bongani Bingwa Researcher: Susan Comrie Show: Carte Blanche "The historic Karoo town of Graaff-Reinet has been caught up in an investment scandal that has left hundreds of investors out of pocket. A local businessman has been accused of running a Ponzi scheme, and this development of affordable housing has stalled. " ..... "But the brokers also made other claims that weren't true. BSure's brochure claimed that Johan Malherbe was a former MEC for Finance in the Eastern Cape. This is a blatant lie. Bongani: 'We asked the brokers Chris and Anoinette van Tonder for an interview, but they declined.' BSure Investments has since been liquidated. Johan Malherbe has been sequestrated and all his property, including two farms in Graaff-Reinett and three flats in Stellenbosch have been auctioned off for just over R5-million. Amatenda is in liquidation and will be subject to a full Insolvency Inquiry next year, according to attorney Frank Cohen. Please tell Us how the case is going! Hi Neli, the case was reported by the Claimant, Mr Craven, on his website www.koiherpesvirus.co.uk, but the site does not exist anymore. Can't give permission on his behalf but I am sure he would not mind if you use the info. It was a reported case in the High Court of Leads. Craven v TMI. |
