U said submersible pump uses lower wattage...or consumption...Which is this pump? Is PC 18000 a submersible pump? Do submersible pumps last as long as external pump... I bought one and it electrocuted my koi, and my worker who was in the pond...he was jumping 2m in the air like a yoyo...so I am scared of them now.

The PC 18 000 is a submersible pump and delivers 18 000l/h. The specifications says @ 90 watts but it uses more than claimed as most submersibles do.
The PC 36 000 delivers 36 000 l/h @ a quoted 250 watts.
I have been using submersible pumps for many years and never experienced leakage of electricity nor any electric shocks. I suppose it depends on who the manufacturer is. Power should also trip immediately when there is a leakage.

Some pumps have a GFCI (Ground fault current interrupter). You can also buy a GFCI separate and some pump instructions will require one although nobody adhere to that requirement including me. It will trip as soon as there are any ground fault or earth leakage.
However, your normal modern earth leakage circuit breakers (the green breaker on your board) that you should have on your normal supply anyway, should also do that and trip within milli seconds after a leakage.

He he he! I dont have the green braker in my house...I did most of the electrics my self with the gardener... and one guy who new a bit...I know a bit the theory...but I am lazy to connect wires...so I connected them remote control...
