i've been thinking of building a shelter over my pond ?

Wat should i use ? would shade cloth or fibreglass sheeting be better ?

please advise !

That fiber glass sheets are bad. I wanted to cover my filters with it but it is very flimsy and about R400 for a 3m sheet. Think the shading cloth will be better, or if you want to spend +-R900 a square meter you can fit a louvered roof system.

I would use Polycarbonate sheeting. (Clear)

just wish i stumbled upon this forum way b4 i rennovated the pond that i inherithed with the house. with have done things way differently

don;t know if you have seen those guys on the sides of the road that make those wooden "curtains" where it's alot of thin wooden poles that are joined together, people buy them and use them either as creeper curtains or as shade coverings.

Think these would look the smartest and nicest.
