Have a drum very similar to the one king koi sell, mine has the 50mm inlet at the bottom and the 50mm outlet on the lid. The lid has the lip which locks into position with a metal bar that slots the lid and base together tightly.

R900 and I'll filled with quality bio bags\media

Similar to this

had this drum below ground level with the bottom drain pipe running into the bottom inlet. I then had all my filter bags stacked at the bottom and then had my submersible pump on the top of this pumping via 50mm pipe out the lid outlet thru my ultrazap combo and back into the pond.

However my pump is now packing up, and altho I want another big submersible as my pond is outside my son's room and dont want a loud pool pump there as this will irritate them, I am thinking a big submersible inside this drum may pump out water faster than it is entering via the bottom inlet, so thinking maybe just best to go with a speck .25 or .45 pump with sand filter and rather build something around the pump to dampen the noise it may make.

So therefore me selling so as to rather allocate funds towards a new speck pump\filter setup Cool
