Thanks Piet, nice having you here.
The Kohaku are the ones from the selling ponds, the better ones were already selected.

Some Kohaku with good potential. Nice setup.

From the photo, Saartjie rather looks like a Shiro Muji and not Sorogoi?

Are the "small kikokuryu" not rather Doitsu Gin Matsuba Ogon?

Thanks Paul,
I can assure you Saartjie is not a Shiro Muji but a high quality Soragoi of about 86cm.

I bought het from Pierre Jordaan in Bloemfontein 8 years ago.
She was bred by Marusei koi farm and her mother was 1.2m long.
She is very light coloured.

Hi Jaco, on the last photo I can see the grey clearly. On the first photo the grey appears off-white like the Shiro Muji.

Hi Jaco

When I came home to East London from Botswana in 2006 I travelled via Odendalsrus to see you but you where on holiday. So I appreciate Pieters photos of your ponds and koi.
I must also compliment you on your dams, your koi and the stunning babies you bred.

Roy
