Hi Phillip

That is a Doitsu Matsuba Ogon. Not a good photo because you can not see the quality of the white properly because there were Acriflavine in the water when I took the photo. It is absolute pure white with no blemishes at all, and the definition of the scales are perfect and creates a nice contrast.
