First i would have said that its a ogon but with the colour in the scales on the back i would say that its also a matsuba, but please correct me if i am wrong.

The fact that it has dirty blackish marks on it would not make it a Matsuba. It is purely an Ogon with blemishes and not good quality. But remember Wayne(C), beauty is in the eye of the beholder, personality of the fish plays a role, and big fish, despite blemishes, are often nice.
