For those of you who want to create your own koi food, herewith the Nutritional values of various food. This was sourced from the Koi Health and Nutrition manual issued by SAKKS and I believe the Nutrition section was contributed by Chris Neaves, our fellow forum member.



However, I believe it is better to stick with commercial food which is hopefully fully balanced after due consideration of the demand of Koi.
