Hi Neli. No we will be using fountain water, and the ponds will not work with drain pipes. Just drag nets as they are not so big that it will be difficult to drag them. They are only 280 000 liters of water each and there will be 42 of them. Maybe come visit oneday when we have a harvest weekend, hopefully we can turn this into a event for our new chapter. Chris Neaves are helping me to get our chapter up and running. It will be called the SAKKS Kouga Chapter.

Sorry Tommy,
what is fountain water???
I am coming if U will shelter me...he he he!
In Jbg we have a house...empty...just a maid inside...for when we come occasionally...so I can stay as much as I like...but if U shelter me (not a good idea) I can stay till U chase me...
The reason ponds are emptied...is to kill parasites...put lime on top...dry them for a while...

Hi Guys
Don't know what a Kougat is but I think Chris figured it out. lol! Kouga is what the government decided to call this part of the country. Think on our first auction we must auction a bag of Chocolates and Biltong and call it Bag of Kougat treats... HAHAHA. Neli we are working on accommodation for people that come from far. Very Happy

Hi Costa. I will take some tomorrow when I take the workers out to the farm. See the thing is, I need to get up in the air with the front scoop of the TLB and I'm scared of heights in funny situations like that Embarassed I can fly, I can go up on high buildings but don't put me on a ladder. Embarassed But the ponds are coming on nicely. Wink bounce bounce

Hi Guys,
I took some photos this morning of the mud pond progress. Still very wet and the ponds full of water from the rain, now we have to get it out to continue work. 12 Ponds complete so far and awaiting liners. Liners arrived already and we will put them in shortly.
