Thank you for the interest in the Tancho Sanke, both of them come from the breeder Oya Koi Farm in Nigata.

They breed superb Sanke, Kujaku, and Asagi. With the Asagi tosai I brought back, coming from 90cm + parent Oyagoi that won on the Nigata Koi Show recently the best I have purchased for a long time...

Anyway back to the Sanke, those two come with a certificate their body, Skin, Sumi, Hi is exceptional quality the Tancho is unfortunately sold but my favourite the Sanke is still available. they are 20-25cm

Difficult to get this quality nowadays, I am confident if entered on the baby Koi show both will do well

This week I will be doing individual photos of all the Tosai and Koi purchased in the first shipment consisting of 11 boxes and posting here and on my web. With the second shipment of Tosai from Oishi Koi farm coming in next month, I can say with confidence they will be the bench mark to beat on the baby Koi Show!!! Especially Neli’s Mr Tanaka, luckily it will be in Zambia?

ahter I saw the kohakus at Oishi...I could not buy a kohaku any where else in niigata.
They are trully something special!
I know for the prices We paid for those kohakus We could have bought 10 at list in Niigata, of the same size, but I have finally realised that with koi U get what u pay for.
I am happy the consignment is coming next month. I am sending U the money this morning.

I agree with you, the quality is exceptional and having the opportunity to hand select quality tosai is something you don’t get the chance to do in Niigata.

I have been travelling Japan for Koi for close to 20 years, having received the invite and opportunity to go to Oishi Koi Farm and see the quality available is a fist for me I look forward to getting back again next year, it truly is a one stop shop for show quality Koi and future grand champion material
