Can anyone please give me some guideline about where (Koi Farm / Dealer) i can buy some high quality local breed Tosai in / near Cape Town?

Hi Sas,
We are not in Cape Town but in Johannesburg we can freight anywhere in the country.
We have a wide selection of our own breeding which is compatible in quality with our imported Japanese Koi from some of the top breeders in Japan.
If you don’t come right in the Cape give us a call
