I'm a new member of this forum, and I hope that everybody can help me.

I have a new friend..and she came from Ghana..she's very nice, but sometimes we don't understand.
Today she give me a particolar African's food..'stiu'...it's like a sauce..and she prepare with same fish...'red fish'...and i think it's Koi but I'm not sure.
Someone can help me???

I know african words, but not the ones from Ghana.

Anyway I don't think your friend makes her dish from Koi, there are a few types of red fish around, but Koi would be a bit expensive for a meal.
