] Okay I wasnt that bad. lol. see how clear the water was. I got fed up with the sand filter clogging, so took out the sand, and replaced with bio filter media. so I had small pump>sand filter with no sand>uv light>pond and .75 pump>1000lt home made bio filter>pond. ... no settlement chamber so the maintenance on these filters was huge and time consuming, but my water was always perfect and in all my years never had a sick fish.  oh forgot to say, one small bottom drain 50mm and it worked.  |
