PostSubject: Some shots of my pond and night.   Sun Feb 14, 2010 12:58 am

Here are some shots that i took last early this morning on manual with my camera without a flash. Did some experimenting with shutter speed and those things and these shots where some of the best once.

As you can see, 3 years later and i still havnt done everything i wanted to do to my pond...my money ship sank along the way.

Looks great, like the bridge must be a great place to sit watch your fish from, have any day time pics ?

Not much has changed since 2007. I have not completed the cladding on the shallow end of the pond yet and i havnt build any steps yet for the bridge.

I will take a pic after my garden services have done their thing this week.

My favourite places to sit is on the bridge during the day or next to the feeder at night. I have a chair right behind the feeder.

The challenge with a deep pond is that my kois tend to spent the majority of their time 2.5m-3m down and only come up for food. I have a shallow end in my pond where i feed rice and things like that.

Thanks Wayne, looks great really like the coping around the deep end has nice natural look to it.

Seems your dogs also get fed in the shallow end Very Happy

That's a nice pond you have. And I think judging from the photos you're on person who is animal friendly. You got some dogs in the house also.
