Hi Collin

I can only say I wish they were all part of my private collection. I think they are all great maybe a bit small to realy judge them but I think you have a great selection here. Maybe I must add that I think the Shiro Utsuri's wel, not so sure about them, but the showa's , super stuff. Well done, please keep us up to date

Thanks
Please remember I am wating to see your KI Utsurie's when you are ready. Fish no 303 is doing very well

Hi Collin
For how long would you leave them in the 'mud dam'? You and Leanne have many awesome fish in your 'public dams', so these must be very special. What are your longer term plans with this collection?
You have a very nice wife...allowing her to use one of HER dams for YOUR collection!

Boys boys boys please let me just correct you there, I bought the koi from Lee-Ann I have an invoice to prove it and at market related prices too I must say. You see every time I go to Japan I buy my self at least 2-3 koi and every time I open my eyes Lee-Ann have sold them to clients like Bobby and other connoisseur’s and she keeps the money. I have paid for the mud ponds repair and deducted that from the rent of the pond for six months.

So if Lee-Ann sells any of these koi it comes down to theft and I will make a case of theft at the SAPS.

My long term goal is to get this collection to 60cm + with in 2 years and then take them to the national koi show and win SPGC. I always wanted to do that. It will also be the first time that a local bred koi achieve this and maybe just maybe the rest of the koi keepers will no longer think that all good koi comes from Japan.

I am the one that give almost every thing away for free. She always wants top dollar for every thing and she does not make an exception when it comes to me.
