Are the white little foamy Bubbles on surface of the water a Protein problem ? How do I solve this ? Rolling Eyes

I had the same problem then if you got to my DIY skimmer i made might help you if you have a venturie on your pond, im all new at this i posted it in the filtration section, they say its not bad for fish just not nice for us as we cany see them that well.
