Kak feeling Paul, and sorry about ur misfortune. Happened to me a few weeks bag with a pipe in my bathroom.......had to live with this horrible stench in my room from the damp carpets for 2 days .

Hopefully you're was all on tiled floors

Sorry to hear that It happened to me with my geyser I was not fortunate to have a pond vac lol!

Things have been quite crazy my side work wise study

alot has happened once again. I want to do a clean up again of my koi and come buy some more koi from you.
How is the Farm? Must make a plan for a visit with Ross and Zoe'
