Can anyone tell me if the Hakko pumps are any good? What make of pump is reliable that should last a long while without doing to many repairs?

Those are the diaphram air pumps and not the piston type?

apparently they quiet and last longer than the boyu.. but they cost more too

Hi i have a hakko 125 l/pm and it is a fantastic pump,i am now usimg it for over 2 years. I have 5 air difussers connected ,one in each of my votexes,and 2 in my pond at 1.7meters deep and it really blows.

Paul, jy kan dit kry by King Koi in Pomona / Kempton Park. Nie seker oor die prys nie want ek sukkel al meer as ‘n week om hulle in die hande te kry. Foon op voice mail en geen e-mail antwoord nie. Het baie goeie diens tot dus ver gekry en aflewering vir my Matala was so +- R300 vir ‘n paar groot bokse.

Tans het ek ‘n 650L/min pomp maar dit is te sterk vir my aanwending en Eskom glimlag al die pad

Paul, ek sal jou laat weet sodra ek uitklaring kan kry van die Hakko. Die 650L/min pomp verbruik 560W krag. Hule se 'the bigger the better' maar in my geval is dit net eenvoudig te sterk. As ek airstones in dam plaas lig dit die water met omtrent 20cm en pomp maak ook te veel lawaai. Indien ek dit in my chambers aanwend veroorsaak dit ook volgens my te veel watervloei. Kan altyd die manifold stel vir korrekte lugvloei maar dan gaan die res van die lug verlore.
