Best Contribution: 10 May 2008 - 10 August 2008

Competition

We would like to acknowledge good contributions to the forum by introducing prices from time to time.

The first competition will start on 10 May 2008 and the closing date will be 10 August 2008.

The price for the best single contribution/thread created: Essential guide to choosing koi colour varieties by Nick Fletcher will be send to you by post.

Rules:

1. The contribution must be Koi related and posted on this forum between 10 May 2008 and 10 August 2008 (Three months)
2. It will be judged by forum members between 10 August 2008 and 30 August 2008;
3. It should be original and not be copied from an existing web site, book or other publication.
4. It will be judged on the value of the contribution to the typical koi hobbyist in South Africa and the effort that went into the contribution, the quality of photos and/or illustrations and responses that the contribution created will be relevant.

Our competition closed yesterday. Looking at the contributions, I believe that everybody will agree that the thread by Colyn about the progress of his pond is without doubt the winner.

I think the amount of views being 1375 speaks for itself. Stunning photos and interesting posts and replies and definitely an aid to any hobbyist.
